Consultation and Planning
Experiences are planned following a consultation with the client. During this consultation, we gather details about your visit, preferences, and expectations in order to design a curated experience.
Planning Retainer & Payment
To begin curating your personalized experience, a non-refundable planning retainer of $350 USD is required. This retainer secures the time and services required to design your itinerary and coordinate the details of your stay. The retainer is applied toward your planning fee and does not include the cost of individual experiences, activities, or third-party services.
Experience Payments
Once an itinerary has been finalized and approved by the client, Statia Curated will issue an invoice for the scheduled experiences and services. Payment must be completed within five (5) days of the invoice date in order to confirm arrangements and begin securing the required services, materials, or reservations.
Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the release or cancellation of the planned experiences.
Bookings and Confirmation
StExperiences are only considered confirmed once the planning process has been completed and the client has received confirmation from Statia Curated.
Certain experiences may require a deposit or full payment in advance depending on the nature of the activity.
Pricing
Prices for curated experiences may vary depending on:
- The type of experience requested
- Number of guests
- Location and logistics
- Third-party services involved
A final price will be communicated during the planning process before confirmation.
Third-Party Services
TStatia Curated may coordinate services provided by third-party partners such as chefs, transportation providers, activity guides, or other local service providers.
While we carefully select our partners, Statia Curated cannot be held responsible for the actions, performance, or availability of third-party providers.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Because many experiences take place outdoors, weather conditions may impact scheduled activities.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, experiences may need to be rescheduled, modified, or canceled.
Statia Curated will make reasonable efforts to:
- Adjust the timing of the experience
- Offer alternative arrangements where possible
- Reschedule the experience if feasible
However, certain circumstances may make rescheduling impossible.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the experience and third-party services involved.
Clients are encouraged to notify Statia Curated as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an experience.
Certain deposits or payments may be non-refundable if costs have already been incurred to prepare the experience.
Initial deposits to Statia Curated for curating your experience are Non-Refundable.
Liability
Participation in activities arranged through Statia Curated is voluntary.
While we take reasonable care in planning experiences, Statia Curated shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or disruptions caused by weather, transportation, or other external factors
Guests participate in activities at their own discretion.

The content of this website is provided for general information about services offered by Statia Curated.
